If within one (1) year this product fails due to defect in material or workmanship, Teko will repair, replace or supply any defective part at their discretion.
The purchaser must contact Teko and provide a description of the defective part, including digital pictures if requested, with this original purchase documentation as validation of warranty coverage.
This warranty does not cover or apply to: (a) damage to the product due to misuse, mishandling, and abuse, (b) products not used in accordance with instructions, (c) product not assembled or installed according to instructions, and (d) normal wear and tear.

The sweeper is the 3rd one I’ve had from you. 2 others died and this one was a warranty replacement. But I’ll be calling tomorrow. While the sweeper does its job, it sounds like there’s something loose in the housing. Because of a bad back, this small sweeper is ideal but I shouldn’t have to keep replacing them. Granted there’s a warranty but I have to pay $9.99 shipping each time. I just want one sweeper to last longer than a few months!!

This is my second Teko cordless sweeper.
Since I could no longer make a connection with the charger ( insert wouldn’t stay in base to charge) I ordered another connector. Sadly, it was the base that was the problem not the connector. The unit was 2 years old. I am hopeful the new one won’t have the same issue. Best customer service!

I have received 2 of your Teko floor sweepers and neither of them will accept a 2nd charge. I chaarged them up when received used them until needing a recharge and the units will not recharge.
